Labor Reports
Daily Items: Daily income journals cannot be exported from ProfitSword into your accounting system if they are not in balance. Getting income journals balanced is a daily task that should be done in ProfitSword to ensure revenues data, cash, credit cards, and receivables flow into your accounting system.

Commentary Reports: Originally, Commentary pages were designed as a business & marketing plan tool to accompany annual budgets which were used to explain how a hotel was going to achieve their budgeted numbers. These plan pages included goals, marketing strategies, and commentaries. Commentary now includes weekly reports which include Revenue commentaries, GSS or Service commentaries, and Market Comparison commentaries. There are also monthly plan pages in the ProfitSword system which include a Monthly commentary.
Sales Pacing & Production: Sales Pacing and Production is a crucial part of our Day to Day tracking.
