PS: Setting Up the Actabl Authenticator

The Hook: Use this workflow to link multiple Actabl product accounts (ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, ALICE) under a single sign-on.

Prerequisites:

• Actabl Authenticator feature must be activated for the account.
• Must have active logins for the products being linked.

The Steps:

1. Log in to your existing account (ProfitSword, ALICE, or Hotel Effectiveness).
2. Click the Username menu in the upper right corner.
3. Select Switch Products.
4. Click the blue Link Account button.
5. Select Create One Now to create a new Actabl account (first time only).
6. Log in with the credentials for the account you wish to link.

The Result Validation:

• Success: The "Switch Products" menu displays all linked applications for seamless navigation.
