Use this workflow to control the available Report Views in ProfitPace Reports, including changing the sort order and the name of each item to best suit your organization.
Prerequisites:
- Before you begin: You must have access to the ProfitPace Admin module.
- Note: Reports listed as Catering Pace Pivot, Group Pace Pivot, and Transient Pace Pivot are Corporate Level pivot reports and are not available at the site level.
The Steps:
Create a New Report View
- Navigate to ProfitPace Admin and select Customize Reports.
- Click the Add Icon (+) in the bottom left corner.
- Click the Pencil Icon to choose which Pace Report the Report View should be associated with.
Enter the desired name in the Label field to determine how the Report View will appear in the drop-down menu.
Click Save.
Modify Report View Options
- Click the List Icon beside the Report View to drill into the available options.
- Check or uncheck the Is Active box to control whether or not a given description is active for the Report View.
- Enter a phrase or benchmark in the Custom Label field to override the default ProfitSword description.
- Enter a numerical value in the optional Sort Override field to re-sort the display order of the items.
Click Save once you are done making modifications to the Report View.
The Result:
- Success: Your new or modified Report View will now populate under the Options Icon > Report View drop-down menu on the selected report
