The Hook: Use this workflow to categorize imported sales activities (solicitations), ensuring they appear correctly on Salesperson Productivity reports within ProfitPace.
Prerequisites:
- Requires access to the ProfitPace Corporate or Site menu.
- Solicitations must be imported from the property's sales system (e.g., Delphi, Sales Pro, CITY, Envision, STS).
The Steps:
- Navigate to the Map Solicitation Types screen via the Corporate or Site menu.
Click the Options icon and filter to "New" to isolate unmapped solicitations (which default to "None").
- Use the dropdown menu to select the correct Solicitation Type for each activity (e.g., Outside Calls, Site Inspections, Prospecting Calls).
- Select "NA" for any solicitations you do not wish to track; this excludes them from the "new" or "unmapped" list.
- (Optional) Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner, select "Yes" from the dropdown, and click OK to view the "Last Modified" Date/Time and Username columns.
Click the Save icon to finalize your changes.
The Result Validation:
- Success: Mapped activities populate on the Salesperson Productivity reports.
- Success: Items marked "NA" are removed from the unmapped list.
Troubleshooting:
- Note: If data is missing, verify the import method for your sales system. Delphi, Envision, and STS import automatically daily.
- Note: For Sales Pro (Trace Call Detail Report) and CITY (Solicitation Activities), reports must be manually generated and emailed to the ProfitSage server at least once a period.
- Note: Default solicitation types can be customized at the client's request.
