The Hook: Use this screen to assign monthly revenue and room night targets to sales managers for productivity tracking.
Prerequisites:
- Sales managers must be active in the system.
The Steps:
- Navigate to ProfitPace > Input Goals.
- Select the Status column to mark a manager as "Active" for the specific months they are selling.
- Enter Room Goals (number of nights) in the Group Rooms section.
- Enter Revenue Goals ($) for Group Rooms and/or Catering sections.
- (Optional) Enter Solicitation Goals (e.g., Outside Calls, Site Inspections) at the bottom of the screen.
Click the Save icon.
The Result Validation:
- Success: The entered goals appear on the Salesperson Productivity Report in the "Booking Goal" columns
