Client Set-up Requirements:
For customers wanting to add a integration with Cloudbeds and Actabl please follow the steps below:

In the Cloudbeds Marketplace, search for the ProfitSword by Actabl app:

Click on the CONNECT APP button. This will then send an email to Actabl with the property API Key indicating that your Cloudbeds account has been connected to the ProfitSword by Actabl app
- Proceed with opening a support ticket and request the Cloudbeds integration set-up.

Please provide the property name in the ticket and any applicable details for the support team to set-up the property.
Actabl Set-up Requirements:
- Once a ticket has been opened, a member of the Actabl Technical Services team will respond and will let you know if the API key has been received or if there was an issue with receiving the API key.
- Please allow up to 48 hrs for the team to respond back to your ticket once it has been opened. This serves as a good window for the support team to complete the API Key set-up which requires setting up some site options for the property.
- Once the Cloudbeds set-up is completed by the support team, the data will start to flow in automatically daily.
Manually Trigger the Cloudbeds Import:
The Cloudbeds import is automated but can also be manually triggered through
> Property Selection > Daily > Import PMS > Select Date to import > Click the on the far right > Click Import.
This will trigger the Cloudbeds handler to import the data for the date that was selected.
Disconnecting the Profitsword by Actabl Integration with Cloudbeds:
- To disconnect the Cloudbeds app from Actabl, go to your account settings and click on Apps & Marketplace:
- Under the tab Connected Apps, find the Profitsword by Actabl app and click Disconnect:
- Please open a support ticket: https://profitswordhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- In the ticket, please let the support team know that you would like to disconnect the Cloudbeds integration for the property needed.
- The support team will go into the property’s site options and import schedules and remove any necessary settings and finish disconnecting the Cloudbeds integration from Actabl.
