ProfitSword has added a new App for our ProfitAbility Clients. This App can be downloaded for Apple or Android Smartphones. The set up may not be exactly the same but should be similar. Access to ProfitSword's ProfitAbility is required in order to utilize the log-ins and server access.
Start by launching on your smartphone, your App store or area where you download applications to your smart phone. The App is called 'ProfitAbility by ProfitSword'. Download and open the App.
When the application is launched the first time, it will request a server address. If you need the server address, please contact your ProfitSword Client Support Specialist for assistance.
Once you are connected to the server, the App will request a username and a password. This is NOT your log-in to ProfitSage. This is your separate log-in for ProfitAbility.
Once you have logged into the App, you should see the Dashboards that you have loaded in your company's ProfitAbility. Please keep in mind that not all dashboards will appear clean on a smartphone. ProfitSword recommends building specific dashboards that view clean for Smartphone users only.
