PS: User Roles Glossary

The Context: Roles are assigned within Admin > User Menu Template at the bottom of the template configuration screen. These roles control specific functionality and view permissions beyond standard menu access.

Corporate Administrator	Grants access to all report views and all functionality at the corporate level,.
Property Administrator	Grants access to all report views and functionality at the site/property level,.
Financial Report Views	Allows navigation between different report views for financial reports (e.g., P&L, Full Year),.
Daily Report Views	Allows navigation between different report views for daily reports (e.g., Daily Revenue, Room Stats),.
Labor Report Views	Allows navigation between different report views for labor reports (e.g., Labor Statistics),.
Access to Input Cash Posted	Enables data entry in the "Cash Posted" section of the Daily Input Cash screen,.
Access to Input Cash Dropped	Enables data entry in the "Cash Dropped" section of the Daily Input Cash screen,.
Suppress Expense Detail	Hides GL detail for expenses on reports; shows totals only,.
